We were founded in 1984, and over the course of our evolution, established ourselves as a pioneer in recognizing and tackling the many different realities of poverty, but we need your insight and energy to reach more people and to transform more lives.

This application is divided into four short sections designed to help us get to know you better so we can make the most of our time together.
- Fill out basic application form requesting information about you and how you learned of Maji Mazuri, your professional experiences and aspirations
- Provide a resume highlighting your endeavors
- Written essay of not more than 250 words addressing your fit with Maji Mazuri’s mission. Be specific. Describe the relationship between your academic training, work experience and your intent to volunteer at Maji Mazuri. If you wish you can include response to the following questions (in one page or less, total): Have you launched and sustained innovative ideas for social change in your school or workplace? What is your vision for social change in your field of interest? What strategies would you employ to achieve it?
